Which materials are used in the jewelry pieces?
Our products are made exclusively from solid sterling silver, 14 carat gold or higher, white gold, rose gold or platinum.
How are the jewelry pieces produced?
The jewelry pieces are solely produced by small craftsman’s enterprises in Germany. Each piece is individually hand crafted.

Do I have to register to shop online at LABEL OF LOVE?
Yes, you have to register a one-off customer account. Enter your code, which is located in the back of your flyer or, if you have no flyer, enter your postcode and you will be assigned to a shop located near you.
As in every e-commerce, it is necessary that you enter some personal details, so we can process your order and bill for the products.
Only data that we are required to retain for tax purposes will be saved by us in the long term. This includes, for example, your name, address and price of purchase. All further data which ist not relevant for our tax records, will be deleted as soon as the warranty period is over.

With the help of your code you can order at LABEL OF LOVE. The code is located in the flyers, which are available in our partner shops. You can always use the same code to shop. Without it is unfortunately not possible to place an order.
Why can’t I buy LABEL OF LOVE products in the partner shop?
Our products are individually hand crafted. There is also only a limited number of each jewelry piece. Since we are dealing with handmade and not mass produced jewelry, the pieces remain in the possession of LABEL OF LOVE until a customer order is placed and the jewelry is sent to its new home.
